Terms and Conditions of Serve & Trade BV

Applicability These terms and conditions apply to all offers, agreements, and deliveries of Serve & Trade BV, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

Offers and Agreements Any offer from Serve & Trade BV is non-binding unless explicitly stated otherwise. An agreement is established at the moment an order is confirmed in writing by Serve & Trade BV.

Prices and Payments The prices mentioned are exclusive of VAT and other government-imposed levies. Payment must be made within 30 days of the invoice date, unless agreed otherwise.

Delivery Serve & Trade BV strives to deliver orders within the agreed timeframe. Specific conditions regarding the delivery of personalized products will be specified in the agreement.

Return Policy and Modification of Products Personalized products cannot be returned. Complaints about delivered products must be reported in writing to Serve & Trade BV within 7 days of delivery.

Retention of Title Delivered products remain the property of Serve & Trade BV until full payment of all claims, including costs and interest, has been made.

Intellectual Property Serve & Trade BV retains all rights to designs, information, and images. These may not be used or copied without prior written permission.

Liability Serve & Trade BV is not liable for indirect damage, including consequential damage, lost profits, or damage due to business interruption.

Complaints and Warranty Complaints must be reported in writing within 7 days of discovery, but no later than within the warranty period. Serve & Trade BV will make reasonable efforts to provide an appropriate solution.

Dispute Resolution Belgian law applies to all legal relationships between the parties. Disputes will be resolved as much as possible through mutual consultation. If this is not possible, disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Brugge.
